FAQ's

How do I order? I work best via email. 
Email me (Melissa) at littlemissclips@gmail.com to make an order. Just tell me what you want; size, bow, color, etc. and I'll get back to you if I have any questions and to let you know I received your email.

Do you do Custom Orders? Yes, I'm happy to do a custom order.  If you don't see something you want on the blog, just let me know in an email.  I'm also willing to match outfits/dresses. Just send me a picture in an email and I'll match it.

How do I pay for the order?  I accept cash, check or paypal.  I'll send an invoice with the bows and you can send me a check or cash when you receive your bows. If we do paypal, 50% of the cost will be due first, then upon receiving the bows, the remainder can then be deposited in my account.

How long will my order take? Allow approximately 7-10 days from the time you place your order, to receive it.  If a custom order, 7-10 days from the time the order is finalized.

Where are you located? I am in Lehi, UT. I am occasionally in Brigham City, Perry, Salt Lake, Spanish Fork. If you live between Spanish Fork and Brigham City, we can possibly arrange for pick up or hand delivery.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs are minimal. I charge whatever it costs me to ship. It's usually no more than $2.50.  Remember SHIPPING IS FREE for orders over $20.
